Wim Hof Method breathwork & meditation
Weekly ‘Wim Hof’ breathwork. The focus is mainly on optimizing your health and sensory experience. Out of your mind; into your body.In this sessions you learn how you can use your breath more optimally to provide you with more energy, better connection with your body and boost your immune system with this powerful method.
With this method we go deep into the autonomic nervous system, reset your endocrine system and enter altered brainwave states.
Beginners are welcome, also if you are an experiences practicioner you can join in this group session. Preferably do not eat 2 hours prior to the session.
*There is a contraindication for this type of breathwork if you are / want to become pregnant and if you are diagnosed with epilsepy.
